"VIP Real" Presented Dubai Office at a Private Evening in Latvia

Two years ago, we took our first step into the Dubai real estate market. After many years of successful experience in Latvia, we sought new horizons, and our team was 100% ready for expansion.

Over these two years, we have explored the hidden aspects of the real estate market and witnessed unsuccessful cases — but never became participants in them.

On August 6, 2025, "VIP Real", a company specializing in premium and investment real estate, hosted a private evening dedicated to the official presentation of its Dubai office for clients in Latvia.

In fact, the Dubai office and the official company "AG VIP Real Estate" started operating two years ago, but only now the company’s owners — Lara Batova and Alexander Tsikunov — decided to hold a large-scale meeting for loyal clients and partners to share results, experience, and development plans.

The event, which gathered over 100 guests in a warm and intimate atmosphere, featured an exclusive video program:

-the team’s visit from Latvia to Dubai to study the market, legislation, and business specifics in the region;

-footage from large-scale broker events, including a performance by Jennifer Lopez;

-the launch of sales for landmark projects;

-examples of unsuccessful deals and advice on how to avoid them.

A special highlight of the program was the presentation by one of Dubai’s leading developers — Sobha, whose name is synonymous with quality and scale. The company’s official representative flew in especially for the evening to present the projects.

The evening concluded with a prize draw: a painting by a Latvian artist, 0.5 kg of black caviar, and a bottle of champagne.
