1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how VIP REAL, SIA, reg. No. 40003739731, registered address at Jomas iela 85, Jūrmala, LV-2015 (hereinafter – the "Data Controller"), collects, processes and stores personal data that VIP REAL, SIA obtains from its clients and persons visiting the website (hereinafter – the "Data Subject" or "You").
1.2. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e., the Data Subject. Processing means any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, alteration, use, viewing, erasure or destruction.
1.3. The Data Controller complies with the data processing principles established by law and is able to confirm that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

2.3. The Data Subject is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided is correct, accurate and complete. The deliberate provision of false information is considered a violation of our Privacy Policy. The Data Subject is obliged to promptly notify the Data Controller of any changes to the personal data provided.
2.4. The Data Controller is not liable for any damage caused to the Data Subject or third parties arising from the provision of false personal data.
The Data Controller processes personal data on the following legal basis:
3.1. The Data Controller has the right to verify the accuracy of the data submitted by using publicly available registers.
3.2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is points a), b), c) and f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation:

3.3.2. For as long as, in the manner prescribed by external legislation, the Data Controller and/or the Data Subject may exercise their legitimate interests, such as lodging an objection or bringing or defending a claim in court;
3.3.3. For as long as there is a legal obligation to retain the data;
3.3.4. For as long as the Data Subject's consent to the relevant processing of personal data remains valid, if no other lawful basis for the processing of personal data exists.
3.4. In order to fulfil its obligations to You, the Data Controller has the right to transfer Your personal data to cooperation partners and data processors who carry out the necessary data processing on our behalf. 4.2. You may request the correction, erasure or restriction of processing of Your data, or object to its processing. You may withdraw Your previously given consent to the processing of data; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to data portability.
4.3. You have the right to know other matters related to the processing of Your personal data, such as, but not limited to, how VIP REAL, SIA obtained Your personal data and on what legal basis it is processed.

5.1. This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
