LINKAGE OF GENERATIONS, LINK OF TIMES, MEMORY OF GREAT PEOPLE WHO MADE A CONTRIBUTION TO THE HISTORY OF A CITY, COUNTRY AND WORLD.
This is something that is important to keep in memory, in life and to pass this important thing further in the relay race of generations. Nostalgia for Latvia’s great time of the early 20th century with its economic growth and marvelous, bright people who lived at that time. People for whom the words: “I do it for my Motherland!” were not a meaningless phrase. So the idea arose to create a new rendition of the famous Villa Benjamina and to devote it to a great woman - Emil- ia Benjamin, the owner of Villa Milia.
This idea started to completely mysteriously attract to implementation of Vil- la Milia the persons whose ancestors were either connected with blood ties to Emilia, or participated in the creation of Villa Benjamina: project architect Zane Tetere whose grandmother is from the Benjamin family, Bruno Birmanis whose grandfather designed and participated in the creation of Villa Benjamina.
All this turned out as if by accident. Modest Zane shared the story of her family after she won the tender and signed a contract for design. Bruno, with whom we collaborated on another project, accidentally heard about our idea and by himself joined the creation of the project, saying that it is important for him.
And thus the story of Villa Milia began to be imbued with a special meaning and sent us a message that we are on the right track. After all, as Paulo Coelho wrote in his novel The Alchemist: “The Universe always makes signals to you, you just must be able to read them.”
The project is planned to be finished by 12.2018. There is a possibility to make an apartment reservation.
