Apartment prices increased by 1.6% per month and by 21.3% per year

Sales of houses under construction increased by 76.4% over the year

Sales of finished housing increased by 9.5% over the year and amounted to 30% of total sales. The rest are objects under construction.

 

Market leaders and popular areas

Emaar is the leader among developers, accounting for 19.8% of sales of the entire market. Next - Binghatti (8.8%), Sobha (5%), Danube (4.1%).

Popular areas where ready-made houses are bought are - JVC, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Downtown, International City.

Where are most often purchased properties under construction: JVC, Zabeel First, Business Bay, Ras Al Khor.

 

The Dubai real estate market continues to develop and generate income for investors.
